From the green coffee we roast fresh here to the way we roast it, we are dedicated into doing the best we can with ethics and quality. We roast on a Bellwether fully electric roaster, using 87% less emissions than a traditional gas roaster. Our coffee is sourced through Bellwether green buying and Ally Coffee importers.
Cost and pay transparency is foundational here. Oh Oh Coffee Baristas are paid with a wage at $25 per hour, opting into a higher minimum wage. This is paired with a tip free philosophy, as the prices on the menu are what you pay.
Coffee is a crop: at Oh Oh Coffee we strive to have fresh crops, seasonal harvests, and farmer sourced coffee in our Hey Victor! blend.
This means that Hey Victor! will change every 6 months or so. The vibe will stay, but slight flavor differences will be noticed.

Brazil Pareceiros do Cafe
Parceiros do Café is a lot made up of coffee sourced from four different farms—Boa Vista, Fazenda Furnas, Mato Cipo, and Apostolo Simao.

This coffee was purchased using Bellwether’s Living Income Pricing benchmark which ensures that coffee producers were paid a fair, sustainable wage. Ethiopia Oromia Union
Oromia Coffee Farmers Cooperative UAnion (OCFCU) is a farmer-owned cooperative representing producers across the Oromia Regional State
OCFCU returns 70% of its net profits to member cooperatives, which in turn pass 70% on to farmers, who are paid three times per season for greater financial stability. The union also invests in schools, health centers, clean water projects, and provides pre-harvest financing and other financial services to its members. This coffee was grown using organic practices by certified organic producers at origin.
